1. To obtain a BCA KlikPay account, prospective BCA KlikPay Users are required to register for BCA KlikPay and activate Payment Types
2. During KlikPay registration, prospective BCA KlikPay Users must:
• enter:
• An active email address. If KlikBCA Individu is selected as the Payment Type, prospective KlikPay User must enter the email address registered with KlikBCA Individu;
• password; and
• active mobile phone number. If BCA Credit Card is selected the Payment Type, prospective KlikPay User must enter registered mobile number listed in the BCA credit card holder database
• select the Payment Type that will be linked to BCA KlikPay Account, provided that:
• for Payment Types via KlikBCA Individu, both KlikBCA and KeyBCA belong to prospective BCA KlikPay Users must be active and unblocked;
• for Payment Types via BCA Credit Card, the BCA Credit Cards belong to prospective BCA KlikPau Users are valid, active, and unblocked.
3. BCA will not proceed with BCA KlikPay registration if it does not comply with the provisions of the section above or for other reasons in accordance with the terms applicable at BCA.
4. Prospective BCA KlikPay Users shall be responsible for all consequences arising in connection with the misuse of data registered during BCA KlikPay registration.
5. If BCA KlikPay registration has been successful, prospective BCA KlikPay User is required enter Activation Codes to activate BCA KlikPay according to the Payment Types he/she selected.

1. After a transaction is complete and BCA Klikpay is selected as payment method, BCA Klikpay users will be directed to BCA Klikpay site to proceed with payment
2. To make Transaction payments through BCA KlikPay site, BCA KlikPay users must enter a registered e-mail address and password to access their BCA KlikPay Account
3. When a Transaction payment is initiated, BCA KlikPay Users must have their registered phone number active to receive the OTP code
4. BCA does not guarantee and is not obligated to check the validity of the Transaction data received from Merchants
5. BCA KlikPay Users are required to check the Transaction data sent via SMS and BCA KlikPay site before making a Transaction payment. Transaction payments that have been processed by BCA cannot be cancelled. Any consequences arising in connection with the execution of Transaction payments shall be the sole responsibility of BCA KlikPay User
6. Payments are made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR)
7. BCA KlikPay Users must ensure that their BCA KlikPay Account (for KlikBCA Individu Payment) or their BCA Credit Card limit (for BCA Credit Card Payment) has sufficient funds before making payment
8. BCA reserves the right to refuse Transaction payments through BCA KlikPay if:
• the data entered by BCA KlikPay Users is invalid;
• KlikBCA Individu, BCA Credit Cards, or PASPOR BCA Cards, which belong to BCA KlikPay Users, that are linked to a BCA KlikPay User Account cannot be used for transactions in accordance with the Bank BCA’s provisions in force;
• fund source account registered with BCA KlikPay is dormant or blocked;
• fund source account registered with BCA KlikPay does not have sufficient balance;
• insufficient BCA Credit Card limit;
• the daily limit for BCA KlikPay Account Transactions has been reached;
• the transaction has exceeded the limit set by the Merchant;
• the type of Payment selected to proceed with the Transaction is not accepted by the Merchant
9. BCA will send a notification that the Transaction payments have been processed to the BCA KlikPay User’s e-mail address
10. BCA KlikPay transaction payment limit is minimum Rp 10,000 (ten thousand rupiah) and maximum Rp100,000,000 (one hundred million rupiah) per Account per day. Validity of the limit in question remain considers:
• limitation of Transaction nominal value;
• balance availability in the fund source account of the Transaction payment or BCA Credit Card limit used to pay the Transaction
11. BCA, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to change the payment limit for the Transactions mentioned above at any time. Such changes will be notified by BCA to BCA KlikPay Users in any form or by any means
12. Transactions can be paid in full (non-installment) or in installments according to the payment method provided by the Merchant
13. Payment by installments can only be made using BCA Credit Card
14. Transactions made in one internet session can be paid in full using only one of the available Payment Types

1. BCA KlikPay User agrees that any data and instructions sent by BCA KlikPay Users stored in BCA database in any form, and electronically transmitted communications between BCA and BCA KlikPay Users are correct data and will be treated as valid evidence of the instructions received by BCA from BCA KlikPay Users even though they are not made in writing nor issued as signed document, unless the BCA KlikPay User can prove otherwise
2. BCA KlikPay User agrees that every instruction received and successfully processed by BCA is a valid instruction from BCA KlikPay User. BCA has no obligation to verify if the party giving the instructions is the correct BCA KlikPay User, or to assess and prove the accuracy or completeness of such instruction. Every instruction received by BCA is binding and shall be the sole responsibility of the BCA KlikPay User, unless the BCA KlikPay User can prove otherwise

1. BCA KlikPay Users are required to keep their BCA KlikPay Account secure by:
• Not disclosing the Password, Activation Code, and OTP to any other people in exchange for gifts or for any other purposes including with family, friends, BCA employees, and/or Merchants
• Not writing the Password, Activation Code, and OTP on a desk, station, or store it in a written form or in computer applications/gadgets or any other storage that may cause such confidential data to be known by others
• Password, Activation Code, and OTP should be used carefully so as not to be seen by others
• Not using password given by other people or one that can be easily guessed, such as date of birth or any combination thereof, telephone number, or name of the BCA KlikPay User
• Using a personal computer or gadget to access BCA KlikPay
2. If the BCA KlikPay User no longer uses the email address or phone number initially registered with BCA KlikPay at the registration, the BCA KlikPay User is required to close the BCA KlikPay Account to avoid potential losses arising from the misuse of the BCA KlikPay User’s e-mail address and phone number. Any transactions made before the BCA KlikPay User closes the BCA KlikPay Account shall be the sole responsibility of BCA KlikPay User. To resume the use of BCA KlikPay, the BCA KlikPay User must reregister
3. If the BCA KlikPay User suspects that his/her Password has been compromised, the BCA KlikPay User must immediately change the Password on BCA KlikPay site. Any consequences arising with regard to not changing the said Password shall be the sole responsibility of BCA KlikPay User
4. BCA KlikPay Users can change or create a new password on BCA KlikPay site. Then, an e-mail with a reset link will be sent by BCA to change or create a new password. BCA KlikPay Users are required to immediately access the link provided by BCA to create a new password within the grace period specified by BCA
5. BCA KlikPay User shall be fully responsible for all instructions made by using e-mail address, Password, and OTP processed by BCA before the BCA KlikPay User closes his/her BCA KlikPay Account. BCA KlikPay User hereby holds BCA harmless from all claims, suits, and/or other legal actions of any kind from any other party related to the execution of such instructions
6. BCA reserves the right not to send the Activation Code or OTP if the BCA KlikPay User incorrectly enter the Activation Code or OTP up to a certain count
7. For safety reasons, BCA reserves the right to block BCA KlikPay Accounts, BCA KlikPay User accounts, and/or BCA Credit Cards belong to the BCA KlikPay User, if the BCA KlikPay User enters incorrect data up to a certain count
8. OTP sent by BCA can only be used 1 (once) during an internet session for such transaction. Once the OTP is used or a session is concluded, the previously sent OTP cannot be reused. If the BCA KlikPay User wishes to repeat the transaction, User must enter a new OTP

1. BCA KlikPay account will be blocked if, among other reasons, the BCA KlikPay User incorrectly enters OTS 3 (three) times in a row during Transaction payments
2. BCA Klikpay User can unblock BCA KlikPay Account by contacting Halo BCA

1. The e-mail address registered by BCA KlikPay User during BCA KlikPay registration will be used by BCA to send payment information, Activation Code Kode that have been requested by BCA KlikPay User through BCA KlikPay, and other notifications related to transactions made through BCA KlikPay
2. The mobile phone number registered by the BCA KlikPay User during the BCA KlikPay registration will be used by BCA to send Activation Code and OTP
3. BCA KlikPay User will be charged a Short Message Service (SMS) fee by the cellular service provider for texts containing Transaction information, Activation Code, OTP, and/or other information sent to BCA KlikPay User’s phone number by BCA. Such fees vary depending on the policy of each cellular service provider
4. BCA shall not be responsible for the correctness of the e-mail address or phone number registered by BCA KlikPay Users
5. BCA KlikPay User shall be fully responsible for any consequences arising in connection with:
• the transmission of information of Transaction, Activation Code and/or OTP to e-mail address and/or mobile phone number and the transmission of other information related to the use of BCA KlikPay to BCA KlikPay User registered e-mail address;
• failure to send Transaction information, Activation Code, and/or OTP to e-mail address and/or mobile phone number or failure to send other information related to the use of BCA KlikPay to BCA KlikPay User registered e-mail address which is not caused by BCA.
6. BCA does not guarantee security and privacy of information or data sent by BCA to e-mail address other than the e-mail address specified by BCA which will be notified from time to time
7. BCA shall not be responsible for the confidentiality and/or any misuse of any information and/or data sent by BCA related to every transaction made through BCA after such information and/or data is sent out of the BCA’s system

1. BCA has the right to charge fees for the use of BCA KlikPay by BCA KlikPay Users
2. BCA reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change and/or add fees charged to BCA KlikPay Users at any time, which will be notified by BCA to BCA KlikPay Users will be notified in any form and by any means
3. BCA KlikPay User hereby authorizes BCA to debit the account of BCA KlikPay User Account at BCA and/or charge BCA Credit Card Bills to BCAKlikPay Users for Transaction processing purposes made by BCA KlikPay User and to fulfil other obligations arising from Transactions and/or the use of BCA KlikPay by BCA KlikPay User, which is sufficiently proven by, among others, invoices, delivery receipts, or Transaction logs
4. This authority may not be terminated for any reason whatsoever, including the reasons as referred to in Article 1813, 1814, and 1816 of the Indonesian Civil Code so long as BCA KlikPay User still has obligations to BCA pertaining to the Transaction and the use of BCA KlikPay by BCA KlikPay User

The use of BCA KlikPay shall be terminated if:

1. User of the BCA KlikPay Account closes his/her BCA KlikPay Account;
2. The BCA KlikPay Account is closed by BCA at its discretion;
3. At its discretion, BCA discontinues the BCA KlikPay;
4. Under the laws, the provision of BCA KlikPay is limited and/or prohibited

BCA shall not be responsible for any consequences arising from any delays and/or not being able to execute the instructions from BCA KlikPay, whether in whole or in part, due to events or causes beyond the control or the ability of BCA, including, but not limited to natural disaster, war, riot, equipment and system malfunction, transmission failure, power failure, telecommunication disruption, and compliance with government policies. BCA KlikPay User hereby holds BCA harmless from all claims, suits, and/or legal actions of any kind related to the delay and/or inability to execute the instructions from BCA KlikPay User due to force majeure events.

1. BCA KlikPay User fully understands that:
• Products and services whose payments are made through the BCA KlikPay site are not BCA products and/or services. All issues related to the products and/or services offered through the Merchant site such as quality, price, delivery, shipping of the products and/or services shall be the sole responsibility of the Merchant. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the Transaction is beyond the responsibility of BCA and must be resolved between BCA KlikPay User and Merchant
• The correctness of information contained on the Merchant’s site is the sole responsibility of the Merchant
2. BCA KlikPay User hereby indemnifies BCA against any and all claims, suits, and/or legal actions of any kind from any other party or from BCA KlikPay User itself related to the products and/or services offered through the Merchant site
3. BCA KlikPay User has fully understood these Terms and Conditions of BCA KlikPay from PT Bank Central Asia Tbk ("Terms and Conditions")
4. BCA has the right at any time to modify, supplement or replace these Terms and Conditions which will be notified by BCA to BCA KlikPay User in any form and by any means
5. By using BCA KlikPay, BCA KlikPay User agrees to adhere and be bound by the Terms and Conditions, Privacy and Security Policy, and other procedures that apply at BCA that govern the provision of BCA KlikPay, including any changes to the Terms and Conditions, Privacy and Security Policy, and other procedures, which will be notified by BCA to BCA KlikPay User in any form and by any means
6. Any dispute arising in connection with the interpretation and implementation of these Terms and Conditions, BCA and BCA KlikPay User agree to resolve such dispute by means of deliberation
7. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by deliberation by BCA and BCA KlikPay User will be resolved through the Central Jakarta District Court, without prejudice to BCA’s right to file a lawsuit or claim through another District Court within the territory of the Republic of Indonesia

• Make sure to access BCA KlikPay through the official BCA KlikPay website address at www.klikbca.com/klikpay. To avoid writing errors on the BCA KlikPay website address, save the site address in the favorites or bookmarks menu, so that if you want to access BCA KlikPay, simply choose from the favorites or bookmarks menu.
• Make sure to shop only at BCA KlikPay merchant partners. The name and address of the BCA partner merchant site can be seen on the Merchant menu/Merchant List on the BCA KlikPay website.
• Make sure that the address of the merchant site you are visiting or typed in the browser address bar is correct as it appears on the Merchant List
• Make sure after choosing BCA KlikPay as the payment method for online shopping on the BCA KlikPay merchant partner site, the domain address written in the browser address bar is https://klikpay.klikbca.com/
• Make sure the OTP (One Time Password) code that you receive via SMS comes from sender 69888
• Make sure the information in the form of merchant name, transaction nominal and transaction number listed on the SMS corresponds to the transaction you made
• Make sure that you are logged out when you leave your computer even if only for a moment
• You should not access BCA KlikPay in an internet cafe or network whose security cannot be ascertained
• Never access the BCA KlikPay merchant partner site or the BCA KlikPay site via a link sent from email or sms or other means. Please note that BCA never sends email as described above to customers
• Never inform OTP code to other people, even to BCA employees. Beware of fraudulent attempts from individuals who claim to be BCA employees by telephone, fax, email, sms or other means asking for personal data, including BCA KlikPay passwords or OTP codes, because BCA employees will not ask or ask about this
• If there is an email or phone call or text like that which appears to be from BCA, what should be done is forward the email to halobca@bca.co.id or inform Halo BCA on number 1500888 from your cellphone. If the information requested has been filled in or you feel that your BCA KlikPay account and password are no longer confidential, immediately contact Halo BCA on 1500888 from your cellphone

Phishing is a fraudulent method used by certain parties to obtain confidential information on a customer such as email address and password. There are several ways, including:

• Creating a fake website that has an address and appearance similar to the official BCA KlikPay website or the BCA KlikPay merchant partner site
• Send a URL link to a site that is as similar as possible to the official BCA KlikPay site or the BCA KlikPay merchant partner site but turns out to be fake
• Send an email or BBM containing a URL link or login screen and ask customers to log in by entering their email address and password
• Pretending to be someone from BCA and asking for customer data for certain reasons
