In the event BCA is unable to process any instruction from the Customer, whether partially or wholly due to events or causes beyond the control or capability of BCA, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, riots, equipment/systems/transmission breakdown, power failures, telecommunication disruption, government policy prohibiting BCA from providing services through myBCA, as well as any other events or causes beyond the control and capability of BCA, the Customer hereby releases BCA from all claims of any kind in connection therewith.

Can a joint account be linked to BCA ID?
What data is required for BCA ID registration?
The data needed for registration on myBCA website/application is BCA ID, BCA ID’s password, email address, and ATM BCA card numbers.
Customers must have a registered mobile number for e-banking and own at least one BCA savings account.
What data is required to verify other channels (m-BCA and KlikBCA Individu)?
The KlikBCA Individu data needed for BCA ID registration on myBCA web is User ID and PIN for KlikBCA Individu. As for m-BCA, the data needed for registration on myBCA mobile is m-BCA PIN.
How to get myBCA a financial status?
Customers can apply for KeyBCA facilities for the website version of myBCA. Specifically for myBCA app, all features will be made available if myBCA app uses a mobile number that is also registered with m-BCA and has financial status. Customers can also apply for financial status activation for e-Banking mobile number at the nearest BCA branch.
What happens when a customer enters wrong BCA ID password three times?
Their BCA ID will be locked and they will not be able to access myBCA website and application. Customers can call HaloBCA to unlock their BCA ID, then access the Reset Password menu on myBCA to create a new password.
What happens when a customer enters wrong Transaction PIN three times?
Their PIN will be blocked and they cannot access all financial features on myBCA application. Customers can go the nearest BCA branch to reset the transaction PIN.
How to activate BCA ID?
Customers can activate the BCA ID through the link sent to the customer’s email. The activation link is valid for 24 hour. If the customer does not activate the BCA ID within 24 hour, then the BCA ID will be automatically deleted and they can make a new BCA ID again using the same email.
How do I connect my account with BCA ID?
Upon the initial login, customers will personalize their BCA ID account to set which accounts to manage and use for transactions with the BCA ID. Customers can mark the accounts or products they wish to connect with the BCA ID.
Furthermore, customers can set BCA ID Account Personalisation on the Settings menu, select Personalise BCA ID Account.
When can a customer open e-Deposits?
Currently, the opening of e-Deposit account can only be done on weekdays, from 07.00 to 20.30 WIB.
What to do when my e-Banking phone number cannot be used for BCA ID registration?
Check again and make sure the phone number used has been registered as the e-Banking phone number. If not, the customer must to register such number at an ATM or BCA branch.
