Card Security Measures
The BCA Smartcash Card is sent to the Cardholder in an inactive condition. To be able to use the BCA Smartcash Card, the Cardholder must first activate the card
After the card is activated, BCA will provide an Authentication Code for PIN activation via SMS to the cellular number registered with BCA
PIN activation can be done via BCA mobile or BCA ATM or BCA Website using the Authentication Code sent to the registered cellular number
The Cardholder must not reveal the PIN to anyone, record, or write the PIN in any documents or media that are easily known or seen by others
All records, printouts, recordings, communication media, or other evidence of any nature held by BCA in connection with any electronic banking transactions conducted by the Cardholder constitute valid and conclusive evidence binding on the Cardholder, except as proven otherwise
Keep the BCA Smartcash Card number and Halo BCA phone number handy for the convenience of reporting in case the card is lost or stolen
If the BCA Smartcash Card is lost or stolen, immediately report the loss/theft to Halo BCA 1500888. BCA is not responsible for all the transactions that occur before it receives the loss/theft report
If the Account Holder finds a transaction not made by the Account Holder in the BCA Smartcash Account Billing Statement, the Account Holder must immediately raise a question or objection via Halo BCA and subsequently submit a written statement of objection in respect of the transaction no later than 30 calendar days from the date of the BCA Smartcash Account Billing Statement, by providing the following information:
Account Holder's name and customer number
Transaction date
Details of the transaction and the amount disputed
Reasons for raising the objection
Account Holder's signature
Keep the BCA Smartcash Card number and Halo BCA phone number handy for the convenience of reporting in case the BCA Smartcash Card is lost or stolen.
If the BCA Smartcash Card is lost or stolen, immediately report the loss/theft to Halo BCA 1500888. BCA is not responsible for all the transactions that occur before it receives the loss/theft report

Individual customer, Indonesian Citizen (WNI), living in Indonesia, aged 21 years minimum and 65 years maximum
Monthly business turnover of at least Rp 30,000,000 and at least two years’ existence in the business
