Terms and Conditions


  • BCA is PT Bank Central Asia Tbk.
  • OneKlik is a payment facility provided by BCA that allows for direct payment on merchant websites and/or applications using an Account/User ID provided by merchant.
  • Fund Source Type is a type of payment instrument that is connected to fund source used for Transaction payments that must be registered by OneKlik Users on merchant sites and/or applications or any other facilities determined by BCA from time to time, which will be notified by BCA in any form and by any means required by law.
  • Default Account is the primary fund source account in the Fund Source Type used by OneKlik User to make Transactions.
  • Customer Account/User ID is an account registered with the merchant, which can be e-mail address, mobile phone number, or username.
  • OneKlik User is an individual who has registered Found Source Type on Customer Account/User ID through merchant sites and/or applications or any other means determined by BCA in the future, which will be notified by BCA in any form and by any means in accordance with the applicable law.
  • Mobile Number is a mobile phone number of OneKlik User registered in the m-BCA phone database for which financial transactions have been activated.
  • OTP (One Time Password) is a unique and confidential passcode generated by BCA system and sent via short message service (SMS) to a mobile number selected by OneKlik User.
  • Merchant is an individual or entity who sells/offers products and/or services belong to said merchant and/or other parties who collaborate with merchants through merchant sites and/or applications and accepts Transactions made by OneKlik Users.
  • Transaction is a direct payment transaction of purchases of products and services using OneKlik in Rupiah currency made by OneKlik users via website and/or merchant application partnered with BCA.
  • Merchant Limit merchant is the maximum daily Transaction value at merchants determined by BCA for each Customer Account/User ID that is connected to Fund Source Type that can be registered with via merchant sites and/or applications or any other means determined by BCA in the future, which will be notified by BCA in any form and by any means in accordance with the applicable law.
  • Daily Limit is the maximum daily transaction value at merchants determined by OneKlik Users for each payment instrument connected to Fund Source Type and applies to all Customer Accounts/User IDs registered at all merchants.
  • To be able to register for OneKlik, prospective OneKlik User must have a mobile phone number. Prospective OneKlik User is required to register and use his/her own mobile number. Any consequences arising from the registration using a mobile number belongs to other party shall be the sole responsibility of OneKlik User and OneKlik User hereby indemnifies BCA against any and all claims, suits, and/or legal actions of any kind from any other party.
  • During OneKlik registration on merchant sites and/or applications, prospective OneKlik User is required to perform one of the following actions:
    1. Registration using OTP
      • by entering:
        1. a valid, active, and connected mobile number; and
        2. Daily Limit;
    2. Select a valid mobile number for OTP verification;
    3. Enter the OTP code received by OneKlik User through his/her mobile phone;
    4. Authorize merchants to provide instructions for BCA to debit the Default Account for Transaction settlement and payment and any other fee payment related to the Transaction.
  • Push notification registration - BCA mobile
    • by entering:
      1. a valid, active, and connected mobile number; and
      2. Daily Limit;
  • Choose a valid mobile number to send a push notification;
  • Tap on the push notification to proceed with registration on m-BCA/BCA mobile that is linked to the phone number;
  • Authorize merchants to provide instructions for BCA to debit the Default Account for Transaction settlement and payment and any other fee payment related to the Transaction.
  • OneKlik Users are required to make sure that the phone number is valid, active and, not blocked. Upon changes to the phone number, OneKlik Users are required to update their data at the nearest BCA branch office or through any other facilities specified by BCA
  • BCA will not process OneKlik registration if it does not comply with the provisions of the section 2 above or for other reasons in accordance with the terms aoplicable at BCA
  • OneKlik User must maintain the confidentiality of User ID and the password. OneKlik User shall be fully responsible for all consequences arising in connection with the misues of the Customer Account/User ID and password and for any losses arising from such misuse
  • OneKlik User can register more than 1 (one) Fund Source Type by taking into account the limitation on the number of accounts and the Fund Source Type that can be registered in accordance with the terms applicable at BCA
  • OneKlik User must specify the Found Source Type that will be used to make Transactions through merchant sites and/or applications and/or facilities that will be provided by BCA in the future if OneKlik User registers more than 1 (one) Fund Source Type. Default Account that is linked to Fund Source Type selected by OneKlik User to make Transactions will be used as the fund source account for the Transaction
  • If OneKlik registration has been successful, OneKlik User can immediately make transactions using Customer Account/User ID
  • OneKlik User can change, add, or remove the Fund Source Type and/or fund source account on merchant sites/applications or other facilities specified by BCA with due regard for the terms applicable at BCA
    • OneKlik User is fully responsible for the use of information on the payment instrument used to make Transactions, Fund Source Type, Mobile Number, OTP, Customer Account/User ID, including in the event of misuse of such information.
    • OneKlik User will be charged a Short Message Service (SMS) fee for every transaction that requires OTP. Such fees vary depending on the policy of each cellular service provider.
    • In the event that the card connected to the Fund source Type and/or Subscriber Identity Module (SIM) Card connected to Mobile Number is stolen or lost, OneKlik User must immediately notify such theft or loss to Halo BCA and/or merchant. As long as the notice has not been received by BCA and/or merchant, OneKlik User shall be fully responsible for any Transactions conducted with the missing or stolen card made on the Customer Account/User ID.
    • In the event that the Customer Account/User ID is known by another person other than OneKlik User, merchant must be notified immediately to prevent misuse of the Customer Account/ User ID by other people. Any Transactions made before OneKlik User contacts the merchant shall be the sole responsibility of OneKlik User.
    • OneKlik User must bear the Transaction fees and other fees related to the Transaction, which will be notified by BCA to the relevant OneKlik User in any form and by any means in accordance with the applicable law. BCA will directly debit such fees from fund source that is connected to Fund Source Type.
    • OneKlik Users hereby consent to BCA to pass OneKlik User’s data to merchants to be used for the purposes of registration, management of Fund Source Type, Transaction processing and settlement.
    • BCA reserves the right to block OneKlik and/or terminate OneKlik services if:
      1. OneKlik User does not comply with the terms applicable at BCA and/or applicable laws;
      2. OneKlik User does not fulfill the requirements for requests for information and/or supporting documents in accordance with the terms applicable at BCA and/or applicable laws;
      3. OneKlik User is known or reasonably suspected of using false document and/or providing false data to BCA;
      4. OneKlik User provides information that is questionable; and/or
      5. OneKlik User whose source of transaction funds is known or reasonably suspected to be the proceeds of a criminal act.
    • BCA reserves the right at any time to change the merchant Limit and/or maximum Daily Limit in accordance with the applicable policies at BCA, which will be notified to OneKlik Users in any form and by any means required by law.
    • Termination of OneKlik can be done by OneKlik Users by removing all payment instruments connected to Fund Source Type that has been registered with on the Customer Account/User ID through the merchant sites and/or applications, contacting Halo BCA, via m-BCA on BCA mobile that is linked to Fund Source Type, and/or any other facilities that will be provided by BCA in the future.
    • At the time of transaction, OneKlik User must ensure that the fund source and card (if any) connected to the Fund Source Type is active and it is not blocked.
    • BCA is not responsible for and has no obligation to investigate the validity of Transaction data received from merchants.
    • OneKlik User must log in with the Customer Account/User ID every time he/she makes a Transaction.
    • For transaction processing, BCA and/or merchant has the right at any time to request authorization from OneKlik User for Transactions or instructions given by OneKlik User in the form of OTP or any other forms in accordance with applicable terms at BCA through the merchant sites and/or applications.
    • OneKlik Users are required to check the Transaction data shown on the merchant’s sites and/or applications prior to making a Transaction. Transactions that have been processed by BCA cannot be canceled. Any consequences arising in connection with the execution of the Transactions shall be the sole responsibility of OneKlik users.
    • Transactions are made in Rupiah (IDR).
    • Prior to making transactions, OneKlik Users must ensure that the balance of the fund source connected to the Fund Source Type selected by OneKlik Users is sufficient to make Transactions.
    • OneKlik Users hereby authorize merchants to provide instructions for BCA to debit the Default Account for Transaction settlement and any other fee payments related to the Transaction. OneKlik User is fully responsible for all claims, suits, and/or other legal actions of any kind from any other party or from OneKlik User itself in connection with the debiting of such Default Account.
    • BCA will debit the Default Account specified by OneKlik User in accordance with the amount of the Transaction based on the instructions received from merchants with regard to the Daily Limit, merchant Limit, and the balance of the Default Account.
    • If the balance of the Default Account exceeds the daily limit, the maximum amount that can be debited is the remaining Daily Limit.
    • If the Daily Limit is sufficient but the balance on Default Account is less than the Transaction nominal value, BCA has the right to debit the remaining balance in the Default Account in accordance with the instructions received from the merchant. The difference between the Transaction amount and the amount that has been successfully debited by BCA must be settled by OneKlik Users and merchants in accordance with applicable policies at each merchant.
    • If merchants determine that the products and/or services must be paid in full, the Transaction will not be processed if the daily Limit and the Default Account has insufficient balance to settle such Transaction.
    • BCA has the right not to process Transaction payments, among others, if:
      • the Fund Source Type belongs to OneKlik User that has been registered with Customer Account/User ID cannot be used for transactions in accordance with the terms applicable at BCA;
      • the source of funds that is connected to Fund Source Type is dormant or blocked;
      • the balance on the source of funds connected to Fund Source Type is not available;
      • Daily Limit has been exceeded;
      • Fund Source Type chosen by OneKlik Users to make Transactions is not accepted by merchants.
    • BCA will send notifications to merchants on Transactions that have been processed by BCA and Customers can check the status of the Transactions on merchant sites and/or applications.
    • Transaction Amount per Fund Source Type is minimum of Rp1 (one rupiah) and maximum of the amount of the Daily Limit. Validity of the limit in question remain considers:
      • Limitation of merchant Limit value;
      • Balance availability in the fund source account that is connected to Fund Source Type at the time of making Transaction payments.
    • BCA shall not be responsible for the failure for the purchase of products and/or services on the merchant’s sites and/or applications including but not limited to quality, price, delivery, and shipping of the products and/or services by merchants to OneKlik User), after the funds on Default Account has been successfully debited by BCA based on the instructions received from merchants.
    • BCA shall not be responsible for the confidentiality and/or misuse of any and all information and/or data sent by BCA related to every Transaction made through OneKlik after such information and/or data is sent out of the BCA system.
    • BCA reserves the right at any time to change the merchant Limit and the maximum Daily Limit based on the policies applicable at BCA, which will be notified to OneKlik Users in any form and by any means in accordance with the terms required by law
    • If the merchant Limit is lower than the Daily Limit of OneKlik User upon changes, the Daily Limit will be automatically changed to the latest merchant’s Limit. Such changes will be effective on the following calendar day after the change to the merchant Limit is made in the BCA system
    • OneKlik Users can make changes to the Daily Limit for each source of funds connected to Fund Source Type through the merchant sites and/or applications, m-BCA on BCA mobile, and/or any other means provided by BCA in the future
    • At the time of changing the Daily Limit, OneKlik User is required to perform one of the following actions:
      1. Via merchant application by using OTP
        • Select Fund Source Type for which the Daily Limit will be changed;
        • Enter a new Daily Limit;
        • Choose a valid mobile number for OTP verification;
        • Enter the OTP code sent by BCA
      2. Via m-BCA
        • Select Fund Source Type for which the Daily Limit will be changed under OneKlik Setting sub-menu on m-BCA;
        • Enter a new Daily Limit;
        • Enter the m-BCA PIN.
    • Daily Limit changes made by OneKlik Users must refer to the merchant’s Limit and they are applied in real time after such changes are successfully made
    • OneKlik Users can submit complaints/grievances to BCA regarding OneKlik through Halo BCA. For the purposes of handling such complaints/grievances, BCA has the right to ask OneKlik Users to submit a copy of their identity and other supporting documents
    • BCA will respond to such complaints in accordance with the applicable law
    • Any complaints related to the use of OneKlik must be submitted by OneKlik Users to BCA no later than 3 (three) months from the date of the Transaction
    • OneKlik Users agree that any dispute or disagreement arising from and/or relating to the implementation of these Terms for OneKlik PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (“BCA”) will be resolved by means of deliberation
    • Any dispute or disagreement that cannot be resolved by deliberation by BCA and OneKlik User will be resolved through banking facilitation at Bank Indonesia or mediation conducted through Alternative Dispute Resolution Agency (Lembaga Alternatif Penyelesaian Sengketa) listed in the List of Alternative Dispute Resolution Agencies established by the OJK
    • Any dispute or disagreement that cannot be resolved by deliberation, banking facilition, and/or mediation as referred to in point 2 above, will be resolved through the Central Jakarta District court, without prejudice to BCA’s right file a lawsuit or claim through another District Court within the territory of the Republic of Indonesia
    • OneKlik Users fully understand that:
      1. Products and/or services whose payments are made through OneKlik are not products and/or services of BCA. All issues related to the products and/or services offered through the merchant sites and/or applications shall be the sole responsibility of the merchant. Any dispute arising in connection with the Transaction is beyond the responsibility of BCA and must be resolved between OneKlik User and merchant
      2. The correctness of information contained on the merchant sites and/or applications is the sole responsibility of the merchant
    • OneKlik User hereby indemnifies BCA against any and all claims, suits, and/or legal actions of any kind from any other party or from OneKlik User itself related to the products and/services offered through the merchant sites and/or applications, including but not limited to quality, price, delivery, and shipping of the products and/or services by merchant to OneKlik users
    • BCA shall not be responsible for any consequences arising from any delays and/or not being able to execute the instructions from OneKlik User by BCA, whether in whole or part, due to event or causes beyond the control or ability of BCA (force majeure). Including, but not limited to natural disaster, war, riot, equipment and system malfunction, transmission failure, power failure, telecommunication disruption, and compliance with government policies
    • By using OneKlik, OneKlik Users hereby state that they fully understand the costs, benefits, features and risks associated with OneKlik, and are subject to, and bound by these OneKlik Terms. BCA has the right to modify, supplement, or replace these OneKlik Terms, which will be notified by BCA to OneKlik Users in any form and by any means in accordance with the applicable law

    These Provisions for OneKlik BCA have been adjusted in compliance with the prevailing laws and regulations including regulations of the Financial Services Authority (OJK)
